Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Health Acknowledgment

By attending or participating in any event organized, sponsored, or hosted by Sarge, MyNavyTaxi.com, the Spadaro Family, Sarge’s Meet and Greet,  Anchors Aweigh Transport, Inc. and the Lakehurst Event Center (“Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Health Acknowledgment

Participants are encouraged to practice good personal hygiene and follow any public health recommendations that may be in effect at the time of the Event.

If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, including fever, cough, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, or other symptoms that may pose a health risk to others, you agree not to attend the Event until you have recovered.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this Event is voluntary and may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Exposure to contagious illnesses, including COVID-19, influenza, RSV, or other communicable diseases;
• Slips, trips, falls, and other accidents;
• Property damage or loss;
• Personal injury, illness, disability, or death.

I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown, including risks that may arise from the negligence of the Released Parties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to attend or participate in this Event, I, on behalf of myself and my guest or guests, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue:

• Sarge’s Meet and Greet;
• MYNAVYTAXI.COM
• Anchors Aweigh Transport, Inc.;
• The Spadaro Family;
• The Event venue, including Lakehurst Event Center;
• Any Event sponsors, partners, vendors, volunteers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns

(collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”)

from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my attendance or participation in the Event, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Treatment

I understand that the Released Parties are under no obligation to provide medical care.

If emergency medical treatment becomes necessary, I authorize emergency personnel to provide appropriate care. I accept full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred and release the Released Parties from any claims arising from emergency care or treatment rendered.

Personal Responsibility

I agree to:

• Conduct myself in a safe and respectful manner;
• Follow all instructions provided by Event staff and venue personnel;
• Leave the Event if requested to do so for safety or conduct reasons.

Photo and Video Release (Optional)

I understand that photographs and video may be taken during the Event. By attending, I grant permission for my image or likeness to be used in promotional materials, social media, websites, or other publications relating to Sarge’s Meet and Greet without compensation.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Event is held.

Acknowledgment

By attending or participating in this Event, I acknowledge that:

• I have carefully read this Release and Waiver of Liability.
• I fully understand its contents.
• I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights.
• I voluntarily agree to these terms of my own free. I acknowledge that by submitting an RSVP for any event or other services offered by MYNAVYTAXI.COM or it’s affiliates or others as mentioned above, I therefore waive all claims as mentioned above.
