If 5 stars is the top of the line, let me give 10 stars for Sarge and his team! Every step along the way was genuinely cared for, including hiccups.

Sarge - no hesitation to add me to the list of airport pickups when I called to confirm I was all set only to realize my reservation never went through! He was prompt and kind. (To meet him in person was an honor… everything he is and has done for this community is incredible and he is a real value here!)

Dave- answered allllllll of my questions with detail, reassurance and kindness before I even arrived. Then he also offered to be a late night ride from the train station for us from Chicago Bulls game!

Shawn - very patient with me while I was lost in the airport and struggled to find my way out to him. He was available when needed and always on time.

Bob - super kind, available when needed, always on time, fun to chat with, knowledgeable of the area. He made sure my Sailor was returned timely. He worked well with my group of 3 who were all on different schedules.

Sarge’s Team is definitely #1 and if you don’t use their services, not only are you missing out on a financial decrease in comparison but you are missing out on meeting some really great people our world has. Thank you all so much for all of the things!!

We just returned from the Great Lakes and are so glad we used mynavytaxi service. I submitted a quote request and it was very reasonable. David was our assigned driver and he kept in constant contact with us prior to arriving and after our arrival as well as providing information that helped our trip be more productive and enjoyable. I can’t even fully explain how great this group is other than to say I wished I could use them whenever and wherever I travel.

While visiting Great Lakes for recruit graduation my sailor and the family had the pleasure of meeting Jay Hernandez as our MyNavyTaxi driver. Jay is very friendly and helpful, his knowledge of the area and local food recommendations made the trip easy and memorable. I cannot speak highly enough of Jay and his professionalism, he will go out of his way to make sure you and your sailor get to your destinations on time and with the supplies you need.

I thought I would be able to give a five star review but that is inadequate, Jay deserves at least eight or nine stars.

If you do drive to graduation please do yourself a favor and see Sarge for dinner Wednesday night. Besides the good food and folks you will meet Sarge will provide invaluable knowledge of base navigation when attending graduation the following morning.

Great service and prices. We were in the Great Lakes Naval area for 4 days for graduation. From the time we were pick up at airport to the time were dropped off 4 days later Bob, our driver, and now our friend, was accommodating, punctual and just darn friendly. Born and raised in the area he knows all the roads and several shortcuts saving time and trouble. Highly recommend this service and IMO ask for Bob. Great guy.

The day before I flew to Chicago for my brother's graduation from Navy Bootcamp, I got the information for this site. At about 8pm that night, I submitted a reservation online. I received a text message response within minutes and a phone call from Sarge to confirm the details of my trip. He asked if I had other family members arriving and when I told him yes, he said tell them to make the reservation as soon as possible so that he could find a driver for them.

We followed the steps and we were booked! He sent an email with the name of the driver who would be David and provided me with the details of his vehicle and contact number.

On the day of my flight, I received a phone call while I was at the airport to confirm that I made my flight. As soon as I landed and called he told me he was sending Shawn. He gave the details of the car and the contact number.

For the 48 hours I was in Great Lakes, both David and Shawn helped my family and I to navigate the city and gave us many great tips to ensure we arrived ontime to see my brother graduate. My trip was so smooth because if I had any questions, they were just a phone call away and always able to give me the information I needed.

It was such a blessing! They deserve a 5 star rating for the service they provided for me and my family. We are thankful and grateful for all they did to make our stay in Great Lakes memorable.

Robert Brown from Naval Station Great Lakes Taxi is absolutely phenomenal! I can't praise him enough for his outstanding service and unwavering helpfulness throughout my stay. Arranging rides with Robert was smoother than renting a car, saving me both time and money.

Robert went above and beyond to ensure my son and I had reliable transportation whenever needed. His punctuality was impeccable, especially when it came to getting my sailor back to base on time for the end of liberty. This was crucial, as there were many non-navy taxis around, making us feel uneasy. Robert's dedication to safety and security truly set him apart.

His professionalism and kindness made our entire experience at Great Lakes Naval Station so much more comfortable. I can confidently say that if you're looking for an amazing driver who genuinely cares about his passengers, look no further than Robert Brown. Thank you, Robert, for your exceptional service!

Jay Hernandez was our driver during our stay for my son’s graduation from Great Lakes. He was nothing short of amazing. Concierge level! He drove us multiple places, made recommendations, was a delight to talk to, very accommodating, great driver, and knowledgeable on Navy procedures. At the end of liberty he reminded my sailor to use his reflection belt and took the time to get out and make sure he knew how to scan into the base. Thankfully he did this as the system was offline and he drove him to another gate. Using him made our stay much easier and his presence added to its enjoyment. Highly recommend.

I would like to let everyone and anyone that will listen about the excellent experience I had. Bob is the GOAT.. This man took care of my family for 4 days, Day or early morning. Thank you Mr. BOB! And I recommend and will you whenever I'm in the area. God Bless the service you do for families and it's rare to feel how comfortable and safe I felt for MY FAMILY! A1

I honestly cannot express how grateful I am for Sarge and his team, they treated me like family, saved my butt so many times from having to rush around and find taxis that overcharge or make you uncomfortable. David, Jack & Jay treated me with so much kindness and love that I will forever be grateful and thankful for them! I will always recommend them whenever I?m down in Chicago! If it wasn?t for them, I can guarantee I would?ve had atleast 3 breakdowns lol. But for real, thank you guys so much, i greatly appreciate Sarge and his team so much! Since the moment we landed in Chicago, Sarges staff treated us like family. They were extremely helpful with every step of our adventure. They are very informative with the military procedures and had the answers to all of our questions. We would highly recommend this service to any family joining the military. And please sign up for Sarges meet and greet, it was fun and very informative.

P.s. If you?ve lucky enough, you will have Jack Nease or David as your drivers. Both of them made sure we were well taken care of, especially our soldier. Their service was exceptional and made our trip very relaxing.

I would have to say that it was a blessing from the day I heard about sarge's Taxi.Never been East and was excited but nervous to be in Chicago. Our driver Bob was great. More than great,they took a load off my back. Specially because we had bad weather. Despite that we were on time for graduation, meet & greet and he made sure to be puctual to pick up and drop off my son from Base. May God bless you and your drivers. We will be back Chicago!!!

These guys are absolutely incredible!! No one should ever do this, but I needed to find a ride the night before my flight into Chicago. And they were able to set me up. I got my ticket for graduation on time and everything. And with little notice Bob was able to give me a ride at 3 am to be with my new sailor at the airport before he left for A-school. Sarge made a promise to take care of me and they truly held to it. Bob was also an incredibly kind man and I really appreciate everything they did for me. Highly, highly recommend!!

So I used Sarge's Taxi it has worked out great Bob is one of the nicest and knowable drivers thanks. Used them from and to the airport to pick up my ticket, meet and great to the hotel, for dinner, and pick my Son up.

Highly recommend them!! Bob and Sarge were amazing and easy to work with. Rates were really good. We changed our flight plans returning home and Bob was very accommodating and flexible.
