The policy limits are currently $250,000.00 per policy and owned by the independent contractors. Mynavytaxi.com and Anchors Aweigh Transport, Inc. have no liability for the actions of any of the independent owner/operators who subscribe to our dispatch service. We service several northern suburbs (including Milwaukee's Mitchell Field). We offer flat rates for rides to and from the suburbs, the airports, and downtown Chicago.
Legal Information
By placing an order for dispatch service, you, the customer, waive, release, and discharge Mynavytaxi.com and Anchors Aweigh Transport, INC., now and forever, of and from any claims, demands, or cause of action for damages, injuries, and death as may arise due to a negligent act or omission of the independent driver of the taxi or livery vehicle, which is fully insured with a $250,000 policy. You, the customer, agree that Mynavytaxi.com and Anchors Aweigh Transport, INC., shall not be responsible for negligent acts or omissions of the independent taxi/livery drivers as to your orders you may place now or hereafter at any time. This waiver shall be considered ongoing and continuing in full force and effect unless revoked by you, the customer, in writing.
