Mynavytaxi.com and Anchors Aweigh Transport, Inc., are a dispatch service only, providing dispatch service to independent owner-operators who provide their own vehicles, equipment, and insurance policies. The policy limits are currently $250,000.00 per policy and owned by the independent contractors. Mynavytaxi.com and Anchors Aweigh Transport, Inc. have no liability for the actions of any of the independent owner/operators who subscribe to our dispatch service. We service several northern suburbs (including Milwaukee's Mitchell Field). We offer flat rates for rides to and from the suburbs, the airports, and downtown Chicago.
Legal Information
By placing an order for dispatch service, you, the customer, waive, release, and discharge Mynavytaxi.com, Anchors Aweigh Transport, Inc., and all its heirs and affiliates, now and forever, from any claims, demands, lawsuits, or causes of action for damages, injuries, and death as may arise due to a negligent act or omission of the independent drivers of the taxi or livery vehicle, which is fully insured with a $250,000 policy. You, the customer, agree that Mynavytaxi.com, Anchors Aweigh Transport, Inc., and all its heirs and affiliates shall not be responsible for negligent acts or omissions of the independent taxi or livery drivers as to your orders you may place now or hereafter at any time. This waiver shall be considered ongoing and continuing in full force and effect unless revoked by you, the customer, in writing.

Travel to your sailor's boot camp graduation with dispatch service from MyNavyTaxi.com®. We offer local dispatch transportation service in addition to all Chicago and Milwaukee airports. All drivers are independently licensed, bonded, and insured, and are vetted by the Great Lakes Naval Station and the City of North Chicago and are authorized to pick up at all Great Lakes Naval facilities, including the housing areas and the Navy Lodge. (Note: Due to COVID-19, inside base access has been temporarily closed to all commercial transportation companies.) We also provide local dispatch service to and from all suburbs and malls. Note: No taxi cabs, limos, or shuttles are authorized to access inside RTC (Boot Camp) or inside the Main Training Center. All commercial vehicles must drop off outside Gate 8 (Graduation Gate) or at the Visitors Center at Gate 1.

Our special Navy graduation rates below include all airport taxes and tolls for six or fewer passengers. Online reservations are required for airport pick-up at least 48 hours in advance to ensure quality dispatch transportation; however, in some instances, a debit/credit card is necessary when we confirm your reservation. Rates below are for the following hotels.

One way from O'Hare is $87.50—additional passengers add $1.00 per passenger plus tolls. Round trip $149.50. Includes tolls—extra passenger charges waived.
One way from Midway or Milwaukee is $137.50 plus tolls—additional passengers add $1.00 per person. Round trip $257.50 plus tolls. These rates are based upon the shortest distance at $2.80 per mile, added tolls, and Illinois's $7.50 airport departure tax.
Other Lake County suburbs (Libertyville, Zion, Waukegan, Wadsworth, Gurnee, Lake Bluff, Lake Forest, and Grayslake) are slightly higher.
One way from O'Hare starts at $87.50–$170.00, depending on drop-off address.
One way from Midway or Milwaukee starts at $137.50–$280.00, depending on drop-off address.
Round trips from O'Hare start from $167.50 to $300.00, depending on the drop-off address.
Round trips from Milwaukee or Midway start from $257.50 to $360.00, depending on the drop-off address.
Wisconsin drop-offs are metered pricing at $2.80 per mile plus tolls (call for a quote).
All rates are subject to change without notice based upon fuel surcharges. Confirmed reservations will have firm pricing indicated in the confirmation.
Airport Pickups
You will know who your driver is before you land. Your e-mail confirmation will contain driver information and cost in advance, so you can communicate with the driver before you depart from your home airport. In some cases, payment may be required in advance. Remember, please provide your own car seats.
No matter what airport you arrive at, you must be picked up in the baggage claim area regardless of whether you have checked bags or not. Drivers are available by cell phone, including text messaging, to assist you should you get lost.
O'Hare Pickups
Drivers can only pick you up at the Lower Level, Center Island. Each door has a number above it as you face the street from the baggage claim area. They are alphabetical from left to right as you face them. Use the following doors to exit and wait inside until the driver calls you.
O'Hare
Midway Pickups: Wait for your driver in the center island at the baggage claim. You can reach this area by exiting from door number 2, Lower Level, and looking for the white sign that reads "Prearranged Suburban Taxi Cabs."
From Mitchell Field (Milwaukee): Exit the airport from the baggage claim door number 4, cross the street, and enter the parking garage. Enter the door for "Rental Cars" and proceed straight ahead into the garage. Your driver will be there waiting for you.
